FitnanceSBR is the collaboration of Chris Weier and Melanie Gillespie. Two experienced triathletes who want to help others enjoy triathlon.
FitnanceSBR loves to see people achieve their goals and enjoy the process along the way. To achieve this we take the guess work out of training while providing challenging but enjoyable training sessions to help each individual athlete build a program that will see them achieve their goals while fitting their personalised circumstances. FitnanceSBR is the passion of Chris and Mel, two dedicated triathletes who love training and racing and want to share this with others.
As coaches we realise no two athletes are the same, meaning that the level of support and direction each athlete may need is different and the programs can be catered towards this personal approach. They have also been training and competing themselves for many years, over all distances and in many countries around the world and want to pass this knowledge and experience onto our athletes to help them succeed.
FitnanceSBR offers triathlon coaching and training for every level of athlete. While specialising in triathlon, our coach’s also enjoy the challenge of writing programs for running, cycling and swimming as single sports.
At a base level we provide online coached programs for athletes for a season or leading into a single event or race. Adding to the programs, we have coached training sessions to provide targeted workouts to each athlete. These sessions can be attended casually when you need that extra push or as part of the FitnanceSBR squad for continual coaching and monitoring.
While providing a schedule of squad sessions, at FitnanceSBR we believe variety is a spice of life and aim to have our athletes work coached squad training in with club sessions and different group training to constantly challenge them as athletes and enhance the social aspects to the sport.
For those that require more personalised guidance and help we also provide private coaching in any of the triathlon disciplines. Through our partnership with Fitnance Australia we can also provide our athletes with the latest in strength and conditioning and personal training. Through strength and core exercises we can minimise the risks of injury through training and speed up the rehab process.
HOW IT ALL WORKS
At FitnanceSBR we are confident that we can get you to your goal, no matter what the goal is!
First we like to get to know each athlete and what they are trying to achieve. For this we get every athlete to complete an athlete profile and help them refine their goals through our goal setting exercise.
Once this is completed, athletes can choose between a personailsed online program, casual coached sessions, being part of the squad or personal coaching options. Athletes have the ability to change their level of coaching at anytime if their circumstances change or simply need that extra motivational boost.
